Will the Inman Aligner affect my speech? | Dental Treatment Guide
Many people realise that their speech is somewhat affected for up to two weeks after the Inman Aligner has been fitted. However, as with most tooth straightening procedures using types of braces, this speech impairment will subside once you have become used to the aligner. You may also notice that you may salivate more than usual, but again, this will only persist for a few days after the instalment of the Inman Aligner.
Once you have become used to the feeling and positioning of the Inman Aligner, hopefully you will notice that the side effects of speech impediments and salivation should disappear.
